THAI COOKING CLASS!

I realize it is November already. I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my cooking experience with everyone in my classes. I am so excited to teach Thai Classic Cooking Classes on November 6 & 13 at American Legion.

Moreover, we will start with the basics of Thai Cooking, using herbs, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, galangal, coconut milk, and other healthful ingredients. We will discover the most popular Thai dishes, such ‘Poh Pia Tod’- crispy Thai spring rolls with shrimp and ground pork, ‘Tom Kha Gai’- galangal chicken with coconut soup, ‘Pad Thai’- a stir-fried rice noodle with shrimp which is one of the most popular dishes in Thailand, and the most exotic rice pudding with corn and coconut cream. We will also cover an appetizer, a main course and a dessert during this two-night course.
